We currently run beginner classes from 6.30-7.30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but we are getting pretty busy on these nights, so we are extending our beginner classes to include a Monday night from 6.30pm. You can still come along on any night and you’ll receive the warmest of welcomes and feel well looked after.
We supply all the equipment you will need, but you will need to turn up wearing tracksuit bottoms or similar, a t-shirt and flat indoor shoes.
Your first session is free and if you like us and want to become a member, we offer some incredibly low membership fees. For example, £20 a month for two sessions a week!
The new beginner class starts on Monday 11th January 2016, 6.30pm.
